Pershore Bowls Centre is run by Father and Son
who provide an experienced testing and stamping service
developed over many years.
Rolling the woods down a ramp to the end spot
they can detect how much sanding of the bowl is required
to correct the years of wear and tear that has
lost a bowl its precise bias and predicable curve to the jack.
How much shaving is instinctual, as they hold varying sand papers
to the spinning bowl in the lathe, before polishing the final
circumferance and making finalk test to the designated white spot.
Second pass down the ramp after first corretion sanding.
